In this book, the author explains how to successfully manage adult ADHD symptoms to live a healthy, normal life by sharing her own experiences of living with ADHD as well as techniques and methods she has mastered. She goes into detail about the 3 skills she has learnt to use alongside cognitive behavioral therapy. The chapters are written to have an 'easy to follow' structure. Each chapter is broken up to explain what can be done for each symptom of ADHD on an individual basis; impulsivity, disorganization, distraction &forgetfulness.
